Notes: Griswold and Gretta were surrendered together but are not bonded and can be either adopted or rescued separately. They seem to be Shepherd/Hound mixes, they are well behaved, clean, and quiet. They appear dog friendly and can be cat tested as well.

We do not charge an adoption fee. All animals are vaccinated against Rabies. All animals must be spayed/neutered within 60 days of the adoption date

- Adoption of dogs is open to residents with homes in Hertford, Bertie, Halifax, Warren, Northampton County areas of North Carolina.
- Adopters must sign a sterilization agreement to have the adopted pet spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption.
- Adopters must return the proof of sterilization paperwork within seven (7) days of dog being spayed or neutered.
- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to anyone including out of state residents.
