Notes: Bea was a stray who came in with a chain wrapped around her neck as a collar and several pounds underweight.
She is so gentle and appears dog friendly but we will dog and cat test this week. She loves to follow me around the shelter. All she wants is love! - Adoption of dogs is open to residents with homes in Hertford, Bertie, Halifax, Warren, Northampton County areas of North Carolina.
- Adopters must sign a sterilization agreement to have the adopted pet spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption.
- Adopters must return the proof of sterilization paperwork within seven (7) days of dog being spayed or neutered.
- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to anyone including out of state residents.
